weird: in a 3-day period, i saw a spate of nearly identical stories, including one on the network news (brian williams!), about how dismal our retirements are sure to be. all w/ diff angles but all w/ the same theme: we are screwed when we get old.
I must say, the justaposition here of the trashy "nip/tuck" nod and the grim pension link, it's absolutely bracing
