The Bush White House is suddenly taking on a whole Sunset Blvd. vibe as the loyal retainers & hangers on start exiting out the side door.
When Bush starts asking for his closeup, it's time to leave the theater.
Oops. Meant to add that the nature of Miers sudden departure, coupled with Negroponte's move to State suggests something weird is going on.
Clearly with the Dems in power in Congress, change is afoot in the White House. But what change? What's going to be different?
