4) The democratic boss

Although he is clear about his responsibility and the need for leadership, he believes in the need to delegate and for each employee to learn to make their own decisions. He is convinced that each person must express their opinion. It promotes consensus and teamwork.

5) The captain

This is the most traditional type of boss. You are comfortable in vertical organizational structures, you make the most important decisions, and you take responsibility for the results. Has a direct communication style.

6) The guide

He has high expectations of his team and therefore sets high goals and challenges all the time. It admits mistakes and failures , but demands explanations and alternative proposals to overcome problems. It is demanding.
